The Grammy’s this year held a lot of mishaps. Kanye did a Kanye, and Beyonce of course did her thing, but there was something about this performance at the 2015 Grammy that rubbed me the wrong way.
Soul Singer and Gospel Artist Ledisi was set to perform a gospel song originally sang my Mahalia Jackson (a famous legendary gospel singer). Ledisi was also in a movie recently released by the name of “Selma” , where she did her own rendition of the song.
Now, the fact that Beyonce is also a phenomenal artist is no arguement (to the BeyHive) but there was still something that rubbed me the wrong way about this performance.
